# Updeshad

> Updeshad is an AI Vedic astrologer for India. It reads your Kundli (Vedic birth chart) and answers life questions about career, marriage, money, health and timing — by chat or voice, in Hindi, Hinglish or English. It also offers a free Hindu calendar (Panchang festivals, Ekadashi, Purnima, Amavasya, vrats and Sankranti) with reminders, daily horoscope scores, Kundli matching (Guna Milan), numerology and dasha timelines. Made by Slackroid.

Key facts:
- Calculations are done from real astronomy (sidereal/Lahiri positions of the planets), not generic sun-sign text.
- The assistant is called "Guru Ji". Answers are personalised to the user's own birth chart.
- Available on the web at https://updeshad.slackroid.com and as an Android app (Google Play: com.slackroid.updeshad).
- Languages: Hindi, Hinglish (Hindi in Roman script) and English.
- Free tier: a few free questions every month; paid plans add daily questions, voice calls and deeper reports.
